Alesur Engineering integrates a specialised department, Accessibility, Control & Energy Efficiency, offering solutions for the implementation of the new EC directives and regulations to Arquitects, Construction companies, property investment companies, oficial organisms, Industry, instalation companies, etc.

We principally offer :

• Energy surveys for the private sector and public administrations offering complete turn key solutions in the pursuit of reducing energy consumption and savings in maintenance costs.
• Technical consultancy in the application of the new EC directives and local regulations covering energy efficiency, renewable energy and accessibility in buildings.
• Harmonic studies in order to determine harmonic distortion levels and filtering requirements within a facility. An evaluation of the harmonic voltage and current limits is completed to determine the effectiveness of the proposed filter installation, compensate reactive energy and optimise the installation in order to reduce energy consumption costs.
• Installation design engineering in high, mid and low voltage, plumbing and HVAC for domestic, public sector, commercial and industrial customers.

WORK METHODOLGOY

The team of professionals within the engineering department at Alesur, is made up of a Head of Department, three Engineers and a Draughtsman. We also count on all the major manufacturers in the sector with whom we have been building up an excellent relationship over the years and can count on their full support when specifying equipment and designing energy efficient installations.
