The policy at Alesur S.A., is to offer our customers a specialised service in the electrical sector, based on a group of qualified professionals in the various areas that make up our services from the supply of electrical material, warehouse management and consignments, through to electrical engineering. We also have our own specific training programme put in place with a view to fulfilling our clients expectations as completely as possible.
Our organisation firmly fulfils its obligations, contracted by our clients, in an above board manner complying with all regulations and legal requirements. We also have the obligation of complying with our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
Alesur’s management is fully committed to offering our clients all the resources necessary in order to offer excellence in the supply of materials, engineering and training. This commitment is based on the continual improvement of all processes and activities, establishing, revising and meeting objectives as a measure of progress and efficiency in our Quality Management System.
This quality assurance policy is reflected in the basic principals of the various services offered by Alesur S.A. to our customers and makes up the guide to be followed by the company and our quality management system consolidating us as a reference in the sector:
